"NEVER SHOP HERE. The clothes are cheap and the customer service is just disrespectful. I tried returning or exchanging a DEFECTIVE item and the cashier wouldn’t let me. She blamed me for the broken button on the shorts. She said I broke the button and just brought it back to get a refund. Very disrespectful customer service."

"Zero Stars. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. They make up rules on the spot. Youre not allowed to try on anything, so you have to guess. And when you come back to do an exchange (which they instructed you to do- I just bought it and tried it on in another stores dressing room SAME day) they make up rules as to why they won't do an exchange. This location is no where near as HORRIBLE as the Fashion Q in the memorial City Mall. The Black girl with the glasses that works there is ALWAYS upset, rude ,angry and disrespectful. A walking stereotype, checks all the boxes. It's like it in thier employe rules book to be as disrespectful as possible. Do not waste your money here on thier cheap chlothing. Let them go out of business. Because they are not going to change. The only 5 star review they have is put by an employee"

"Would give zero stars if I could. All these stores are terrible. I've been to 2 and it's the same. The clothes is cute but their dressing rooms are closed. The second time I went to one of these stores, I decided to buy a few things because supposedly they offered exchanges. When I went to pay, there was a sign taped to the counter that said they offered 15 day exchanges only but the clerk said it was only for jeans! No refunds or exchanges on anything else. When I questioned why they didn't allow refunds or exchanges if you couldn't try anything on, the clerk just said, "We can't " and the other person, who seemed to be the manager, very rudely and angrily stepped in front of me and tore the paper off the counter and said, "Everything is final sale!" I walked out without buying anything. Now I know why these stores are so empty."
