"I went into this store with my mom (she was visiting from out of town) and did not feel like shopping. Jules was working and looked so cute my mom asked her to pick out some pieces for me. Jules found so many cute items!!! These saleswomen know what they are doing and have seen how the clothes fit on different body types. She had me try on styles I've never bought before, yet I love them now! We also figured out I need structure on my bottom pieces, which will help me shop going forward. I look forward to coming back next month when I have some more money! :)"

"I have come to this location on 4 separate occasions and each time it was a horrible experience with poor, rude and unwelcoming customer service by staff. There is no excuse for the way managers speak to customers or treat them with such disrespect. It's such a poor example of leadership in front of employees and customers. I will never shop here again despite it being a convenient location. I am utterly disgusted with such lack of decency and unkind attitude I witnessed today. I was racially profiled and I do not reccomend shopping here."

"Every time I’ve been there whether it’s been to shop or return, they have had poor customer service and terrible attitudes. It makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable and I don’t plan on going back. I went to return something today and the supposed manager was very rude refusing to return my items even after the other employee had my return in process with a receipt and all tags on the clothing. I was being racially profiled. The manager’s demeanor changed quickly once she over to me and she wasn’t even the person taking my return, she came over after the fact. Even though the location is convenient, I will never walk back into that store."

"I drove over 15 miles to try on a pair of pants that was set aside for me in a particular size. Found out that they weren't the correct style but Nahid did a tremendous job of finding the pants online and then having them shipped to my house. She really did a fantastic job and made me feel like my business was important to them. Thanks so much Nahid!!"
