"Horrible service, disrespectful rude managers. AS A STOREFRONT OWNER myself I can tell you do not spend your money here. I know what good customer service and respectful management is supposed to look like and this is the total opposite. I bought 2 shirts one for my sister than one for myself (Same day) . I had brought one back for a even exchange they told me the tags were detached so I gave them my sisters (WITH RECEIPT) and tried to get the store credit. They said no.I showed them both shirts and receipt, I asked them for reasoning they didn’t have one. They gave me the number to corporate of course no one answered. They then gave me their regional manager number he did not answer for me but answered for the manager and told her he was on a plane and hung up. So then I told them I will grab some thing that was an even exchange. She said if I wanted to do that fine. (I HAVE THE RECORDING) then they called the police to get me prosecuted. After the police heard and seen the recording he told them that he was not going to prosecute. That was actually a false police report because she told me it was OK to take it and then called the police. So now of course I’m suing. Let’s see how this turns out. I wish I could post videos but it doesn’t matter the judge will see them."

"This manager is very rude. Disrespectful and have No respect for nobody. I asked her to explain why was the price different on the same dress . She didn’t want help her employee fix the price . Her attitude is completely unexceptionable."
