"Chico's service left much to desire; no greetings, no help offered. Intent on event shopping, swiftly I departed, disappointed in the absence of customer care."

"Not an overly great experience. I returned something and did manage to find a few things and then stood at the counter while I observed another sales person chat away with a customer (personal convo) at the register next to me. She didn’t take a breath or even acknowledge my presence. My sales associate was helping someone else and another one was busy getting cupcakes and water arranged on a table next to the register for an event. She did apologize that I was having to wait which I appreciate and asked if I would like a bottle of water. What would have been better would be to ring me up for the sales associate that was busy helping someone else. I will just stick to ordering online."

"I always see just old people in this store. Be it working or customers, irrespective of that the store people we’re following me around and looking at me like I m a going to steal their stuff. This store has way less collection and just two unkind people who are driving customers away. I hope they rebrand the store to better suit their customers."

"Today I was pressed for clothes for a trip coming soon. Needless to say I was stressed. Janet the assistant manager took her time and used her expertise to ease my anxiety and I’m totally ready for the trip now with beautiful clothes. Definitely coming back here. Thank you SO much!!!"

"Me, my sister, and my niece went to this location and we were very unhappy with the service we received. We received snide comments and sarcastic replies to any questions we asked. Elizabeth and Cynthia were rude and made us feel unwelcome. The only nice worker there was the manager. We had a very short encounter with her but she was polite. We were at the counter with Elizabeth and were ready to pay. After one last rude comment, we walked out without purchasing anything. As a business owner myself, I know how the customer service world works. I think this location must reevaluate their employees and hire secret shoppers with diverse ethnicities to how they might be treated differently. Just a suggestion."
