"Ambetter/Superior Health, in my experience, couldn't be a worse company. They committed a billing error in our case, attempting to overcharge us, and I've spent months trying to deal with their absolutely terrible and worthless customer service to get the issue resolved and am still unable to get it resolved. It is as if they intend to drive you mad in the hopes that, in a fit of insanity, you will just pay them money that you do not owe them."

"Superior HealthPlan Contract HMO for State medical services for disabled workers and low income families. I don't exactly know what went wrong with these folks but kinda feels like they took side with slandering identity theives all about denial of the only 2 chronic conditions I sought care for & to deny treatment is to ignore the symptoms of nerve pains spinal stenotic activity & pain & deformities the hands and joints and much more from the autoimmune systems disease Rhumatoid Arthritis ! The former Spine conditions due catastrophic work injuries while operating earth moving machinery the Alfred Hughes unit in 1988 now has as well became Degenerative disc and joint disease of the spine , Then developed Rhumatoid Arthritis in 2014 another painful debilitating cripplingly condition there's no cure for and both are all about pain , draining a body's even will to go on with no rest a constant struggle between them and lil hope especially with no one on the side the injured worker's anymore to begin with. There's actually whole facilities and medical services that are denied anyone struggling with and filing work related injuries in need help for those !!! Sad state of affairs when the injured worker's Cannot even get timely care to recover enough to be able to support themselves or their families from doing as they're told their employer !!! ~C.W.~"

"MY CLIENT HAD TOO LITERALLY BEG FOR SERVICES HE INTITLED TO...IM INVOLVED NOW...THEY INTENTIONALLY CONFUSE HIM WITH QUESTION HE CANT ANSWER OFF THE TOP OF HIS HEAD...THEY DO ASSESSMENTS ON THE PHONE AND THEN DENY THE CLIENT HIS RIGHT TO LIVE WITH A PEACE OF MIND...THEY LEFT HIM HANGING DID NOT CALL HIM OR SEND ANY PAPERWORK ON HIS RENEWAL OF SERVICES HE HAD TO CALL EVERY WEEK...TODAY HE WAS VERY VERY UPSET BY SOME VERY INSENTATIVE WOMAN IN COORDINATION SERVICES....THEY ARE NOT A VERY GOID HMO....IMMA HELP HIM CHANGE THIS...IM GOING TO REPORT THEM AFTER I FIND OUT TO WHOM...TEXAS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES NEED TOO INVESTIGATE THEM..."
