We have been working with a home owner on their claim and we cannot get them to return our or the home owners calls since may. "I’m still waiting for repairs 90 days. Followed dumb adjuster rules. Now they refuse to pay unless I give my body shop name….they play games and worst communication ever."

"Mercury refused to take me back because I wasn't driving for a while and I didn't pay. But thats ok because I now use noblr insurance which actually rewards you for driving safe and keeps track of how far you drive to give those who drive less a better rate. So I'm now saving money and much happier with Noblr. I would never go back to Mercury and I suggest you don't waste your time and money with them either."

"Mercury in my opinion has the worst customer service and are all about screwing you over, even if you have been a customer for over 5 years. I was in an accident almost a month ago and barely heard back from them last week. They told me my car was a total loss, which I knew only because I contacted the Collision center myself. Now, they are low balling me on the valuation of my SUV. Whatever you do, do not waste your money on Mercury Insurance. They will take your money no problem and then when the time comes for them to help you or get you your money, GOOD LUCK."
