First, they had two different people get back to me, at the same time. So they are clearly disorganized as far as intaking leads. Second, the person I ultimately spoke with was incredibly slow in getting back to me about each request. It was like pulling teeth to get a reply. Last, when he did finally reply, the answer was that I was being rejected for an insurance policy because of a $200,000 insurance claim we had several years ago. I've never had an insurance claim, ever. Not for $1. So that shows they can't even do their research properly. It was the worst customer experience I've ever had related to the insurance industry."
