"Every time I call with questions or concerns about my policy, I end up getting off the phone with more questions, concerns, and feelings of defeat. Joann seems to be the only person working when I call because she's the only person I've dealt with. She's extremely unprofessional, always has an attitude, constantly talks to someone else in Spanish while on the phone with me (as if I can't understand what she's saying), very short and unwilling to help, and just rude for no reason. Joann constantly gives the impression that you're an inconvenience for calling. While I got a rate that I'm happy with, I'm completely discouraged in calling Acceptance with my questions and now just call my insurance company directly."
