"Had to file a claim in April 1st 2023. Recieved a tiny payment that didn't cover the repairs. Was told by agent Derek that I could send a outside sourced estimate and the remaining cost would be paid out. To this day I haven't heard from any agent at allstate. I've called multiple times, left messages, asked for new agents, and spoke with 3 different people from the "call center". Still haven't spoked to anyone. My house still has holes in the ceiling and no floor in half of the house. They want me to use the same carpet that was covered in water because they feel it is clean. All contractors I've reached out to for the estimate have even tried to call the agency as well. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!"

"After shopping auto rates I decided on a policy with R&H. Within the first 6 month renewal period my rates were raised over 10 percent. Dealing with customer service representative Hunter Stem has been a nightmare. After initially calling the office he stated he would send me information about the rate increase, but it took over a week to provide any information at all and over two weeks before he specifically (unsuccessfully) addressed the rate increase. I am still waiting on communication from Rana Ahmed the agency owner but I’m not going to hold my breath. I recommend choosing another agency to work with that won’t bait and switch your rates at your first renewal."

"I had the unfortunate worst experience dealing with Allstate for a Homeowners Claim last year that ended up not being covered and eventually flagged me from getting Homeowners Insurance from anyone this year and having to go thru the State Insurance Commission. I was told by The State Ins. Comm. that Allstate is notorious for denying water claims so beware...that you Are Necessarily in Good Hands with these people. This Agent along with the Claim adjustor both gave me misinformation when I directly asked them if my credit or policy would be affected in any way what so ever if I opened a claim and was told NO, not at all whether the claim was denied or approved. Afterwards they changed their story to...not with us but we cannot speak for other Insurance Carriers. They just had the nerve to call me a few days ago wanting to quote me Homeowners and Auto Insurance. This is beyond incompetent in my book!!! I have been a Homeowner and have had excellent credit and not one problem with Insurance for over 30 years until dealing with Allstate. Allstate and this Agency caused me a lot of wasted time, money and undue stress. Beware of not only this Agency but Allstate in general. Since this happened to me I have heard bad stories about Allstate that I wish I had heard before I switched to them to get lower rates. There is a reason why their rates are lower!!!!"
