"Really disappointed in the customer service. I have been to Autozones all over the country including California, Florida, Illinois, New Mexico, and other parts of Texas. I have never been denied my veterans discount even ONCE, until today I was accused of stolen valor by a cashier who looked to be about my Grandfathers age. My grandfather was drafted into Vietnam, as was every other American man of that generation. So when I offered my DD-214 as a way to prove my veteran status, I was confused when he told me he didn't know what a DD-214 was. He would have had his own DD-214 if he wasn't a draft dodger. I will never return to this location. I have never been more offended as a veteran when a draft dodger has the audacity to accuse me of stolen valor and act like my veteran discount was going to come out of his paycheck. It was 15% off of less than a $10 purchase, but this wasn't about the money. It's the disrespect."

"Thank you Dave for helping us out. Called O’Reillys to ask about warranty for my car and they said I had it. When we got there the guy checked our battery and then said we do not. The battery was an autozone battery which is understandable. But the guy was rude. Called autozone to check and we did. Dave helped us over the phone and as soon as we got there. Within 8 mins we were in and out."
