"I had a tree branch fall on the hood of my new car. This shop is guaranteed and warrantied by my insurance company. After an issue getting the estimate from the adjuster, they were quick to get my car repaired and repainted. Note: I didn’t realize that the paint job on my car was “special.” I did know there was an up charge from GM for the color, but didn’t know why. Evidently, it’s an unusual color with three coats to get the specific color. The shop matched the color of the hood to the car."

"I was very impressed with the work done by Caliber Collision and would definitely use them again if I needed collision damage repaired. Our car was rear-ended by a hit and run driver on the expressway. There was significant body and undercarriage damage. Caliber was recommended by our insurance company. They had to retrieve our car from the lot to which it was towed after the accident. After notification from me on the location they handled the rest. Once they had the vehicle I was able to visit their facility after their estimate was done and our advisor, Freddy, showed me all the damage and explained what they would do to fix it. That was both informative and comforting. I then received text messages nearly every day on work status and Freddy was always available by phone if I had questions. The car was finished on the committed date. You could not tell there was ever any damage done to it. It looked and drove like it just came from a show room. A day later I started getting error messages about a problem. I contacted Caliber and they immediately took the car back to investigate. It turned out that one of their suppliers had provided a defective part. I was impressed though, that they immediately took ownership of the problem and made it right. I am also impressed that they provided a lifetime warranty on their work for as long as we own the car. Everyone in the organization was friendly and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I wholeheartedly recommend Caliber of Bedford."

My Service Advisor "Freddy" was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Freddy dealt with everything pertaining to my insurance. Will definitely use this shop in the future if I ever get into another mishap where I need body work."

"Attempted to have warranty work completed on my vehicle for almost a year. It led to a point that I purchased the parts myself because they were taking too long. Now, they still haven’t returned any phone calls or requested for me to bring my vehicle to complete the work with the parts I purchased since they failed to do so theirselves. I 100% do not recommend this establishment."
