"I have made an appointment for 6PM on 19Jun to check the tire pressure sign on my car, I stand there for almost an hour and no one attended me, the Auto Shop Staff Name Javier was so rude and clearly refused to give service as it was 06:45PM closer to their closong time. What is the point of making an appointment and waiting for long time and in last not getting your request done. Javier was not only rude with me but also very rude when replying to his colleagues. People.loke Javier clearly destroying the image of Walmart."
"They took 2.5 hrs to just the oil change, we saw him park our cat and went in to only be informed they forgot to do the tire rotation. We said no worries and left. After about 3 hrs, we went back and the told us they didn't do the tire rotation because of a stuck " lug nut." Went to discount tires and they said there was no stuck nut."
"Employees love to make their own operating hours and pretend like they close at 6pm. Waited hours for a simple bulb replacement and was told it took so long because the tech forgot about my car because they parked it off to the side??? At least the price was decent I guess"
"They are supposed to open at 7am. We had been sitting for the past 17 minutes, (7:17) and finally someone walks up to my car and says, “I’m the only one here, the young guys don’t want to come to work I guess” and walks away. Where is the management at this place? Very poor customer service and unreliable employees. Will never come here again."
