"I have gone exclusively to this tire shop a number of times over the last 7 years and have never been disappointed. They are quick, do a great job, and offer very reasonable prices. This shop also includes a free warranty on all tires they install. They will repair/patch your tire free of charge, even if you get a hole from a nail. I am glad to have this tire store around, and highly recommend this business for any of your tire needs!"

"I have been to three of the locations under the same owner, and for the most part had good service there, even with reasonable pricing. However when there was an issue, where the tech badly damaged my two rear wheels (the only two they worked on that day), it was not handled satisfactorily, nor professionally, in my opinion. I initially asked for 2 new wheels to replace the damaged ones, as they are not cheap, and I knew if they just refinished the rear wheels, they would no longer match the color of the front ones. I was told this was unreasonable by the owner and that they wouldn't do it. So I said ok well then I want all four wheels refinished so that they'll match, and I also asked for a rental for the time I was without my vehicle so that I could still go to work. I was once again told that I was being unreasonable. In the end they had a third party sand and powder coat the rear two wheels, which then no longer matched the front wheels, though I'm sure the third party did the best they could to match the front wheels. There was even a chip in the finish of one of the wheels, but by that point I told them I couldn't be without my car any longer and just accepted the wheels as they were. In the end, if you never have a problem here, you'll probably be satisfied, but if you do end up having a problem, from my experience, it may not be handled to your satisfaction."
