"Go to guy for Ford Performance suspension track packs and power packs. I first met Mark at Leif Johnson where he was running the service program for all the State Trooper pursuit vehicles. Only guy I am comfortable handing keys to a 1000hp Mustang. I trust Mark with my S550 Mustang Track builds and service as well as a wheel to wheel raced vintage 1979 Mustang. You can spend more at other shops, but I just never have a problem with Mark's work. I prefer people that are already "in demand" and realize he supports several commercial companies, so I don't have a problem waiting for availability for my caged or track cars."

"Best shop I ever been in my life, Mark not only fixed my problems on my f250 half heavy he got it running way better than it ever has(5.4 gas w/4r100 transmission.) I have a stack of service tickets from a year of me taking this to places like lambs auto all the way to ford dealership, it take weeks for these places just to figure out something I can get on a obd2 reader, but they could never figure out what's was wrong with it. I got referred to mark by one of the service shops and in a couple days he figured it out. it was the CPU and a couple wires were swapped on the transmission and boom! He is very smart, very capable,and generous. I'm glad to say he is the only one to work on my families and my own vehicles from now on."

Within the chat the owner Mike chimed in and promptly asked what he could do to help me, I told Mark what I wanted done, he basically said thanks and that he was busy, but would get on it as soon as he could and I never heard from him again. I messaged multiple times asking if there was anything I could do to help the process and was ignored. I guess he had enough business and didn't need my $20,000 work of aftermarket mods, then again why on earth would you have contacted me if you were too busy? I will never know if he does good work because I will never seek him out again."
