"I went Saturday last week and looking at the tint on my front windshield is bad quality the end result has scratches not well cut and the warranty doesn’t cover the scratches they leave and won’t replace it at all even if they are at fault for 300 I’d expect a better quality for that price"

"This place is beyond ridiculous my friend paid for removal and re tint the day before and because it was so late I was going to bring my car in the next morning. I arrive at 8 and they open at 9. So once inside they said it was going to be a 45 minute wait because there was a truck in front of me and I explained the truck arrived after me, then they say my friend didn’t pay the removal fee which is $100 I showed them the receipt of the removal fee being charged. Then they tell me because it’s a Mercedes cla 250 they want to be responsible for removing the back window tint because it may cause problems to my amp and speaker and if they do then it would be another charge to remove the panel. At that point I was like just give me money back because I’m tired of the excuses so he says I can give you a check I said absolutely not I want my cash back the same way my friend paid. So he says well we will have to go get it that took another 20-25 minutes. I do not recommend at all."
