"I do not write reviews often. I will give the short version. I have a highly modified 997 turbo. I bought a membership and went all in. In for brakes and normal service, out with 2 new (to me) problems. I went back in to address those 2 new issues. Out with a big bill, a busted tail light and methanol pump not hooked up to the battery. I spent a lot of money both times. Both times took longer than expected. Communication was not great on progress so I called in periodically to check in. When I asked about my broken tail light all I got was 'My tech noticed it.' 'That's what my tech told me.' All things considered, I would not take my car there again. I am finding more miscellaneous issues with the work performed - boost hoses installed incorrectly and causing parts to rub. Alignment is already off in less than 100 miles and steering wheel has moved off center. Excessive front dive and pulls when braking hard (I did not notice this during a test driver a few days before picking up the car). Sloppy is the word that comes to mind. I have updated my rating accordingly. This is what it says on their website. "Efficiency and flawless execution is key to saving our most precious resource - time." That was not the experience I had."
