"This shop is the only place I will take my car in Austin. I've been taking my cars here for 5 years (I've had 2 different Volvo C30s) and have nothing but great things to say. They shop is honest and fair and they don't rip you off.. they make suggestions when they see things that can be fixed, but aren't pushy and they don't try to scare you into getting things repaired that don't need to be. I should note: I have been going to this shop for years and have never met the guys in person. Their shop is only open from 8-5, and I work on the opposite side of town 8-5.. so I always drop off and pick up my car after hours. They are extremely accommodating and flexible in this regard. I should also note that while the phone will not be answered and you can't "officially" drop your car off with the office folks after hours.. I have often times seen mechanics working well into the night here. It seems they take their work very seriously and it truly shows in their work product! Ruben is VERY responsive, reliable and communicative. I would highly recommend this shop to any European car owner."

Absolutely a good experience if you do not want to pay double at the Mercedes dealer, where the waiting area and cafe might be better, but I do not want to spend 2-300 bucks on coffee... :)"
