"I have a fleet of 7 + trucks I have to keep on the road, they are used every day. I Started taking my trucks to Johnson's on the recommendation of a coworker. I have had trucks there on 3 different occasions now . I call to get updates and "magically" Kevin is always in the shop "but will call me back" on each occasion i have called, I have had to call back at least once and sometimes twice to get Kevin on the phone.So far their work has been good. I will say that they do a good job with the "fix" but it takes way to long to get a call back and get updates on your truck. As it is now I have had a truck in their for over a week and still have not gotten any information. That being after i was told I would have something yesterday morning. (about 28 hours ago) Like I said the work is good but the customer service is elementary at best."
