"This place is a scam. They took over a month to fix my friends car. She needed the car but this unethical business charges $100 a day just to keep your car and not fix it. So over $3,000 to get it back unfixed. Wouldn't provide a copy of the contract. Couldn't get her to return our calls.when we went down there to get her car the owner flipped out. They said it was the insurance holding things up but when we contacted the insurance the new check for twice the original amount had been cashed by them.Their insurance scam is strong. My friend just lost her husband and was struggling and these people are unethical to keep her car so long. To make it worse, she took two new customers while we were there. If you can't make your current customers happy, don't take more. They also removed her child's cars eat for no reason but didn't put it back in fully. She didn't know it was partial buckled until after the ride home with her son. The way they get good reviews is to overcharge Insurance, then not make the customer pay the deductible.this is alright if you don't mind getting screwed out of your car for more than a month."

"Please don’t go here for repairs, even if you used them in the past. I was given a 7-10 day estimate and it took 51 days and $5500 to get my car back (still damaged). They pushed back my fix date over and over and over and I had to practically beg for my car. The worst part is that I was signed into a contract that would charge me $100 per day in “storage fees” if I tried to take my car back before they were done. I even tried asking if I could take my car and bring it back while they worked through inventory, since they kept telling me how busy they are, to which they said no. When I went to pick up my car, it still had hail damages and had poor paint work, even though my insurance put money towards these parts. A man walked in to drop off his car while I waited in the lobby, meaning they are STILL taking more cars in. I told this man exactly how long it took me to get my car back, which may have scared him off. The owner of the store, Cody, cursed at me and told me he’d refuse to compensate me for rental fees and would refuse to fix remaining damages on my car. A woman named Bobbi called me after hours to berate me for “badmouthing” the company. Please take anything they might reply with a grain of salt as they’re not happy that I shared my HONEST experience with a potential client. TLDR; Dishonest quotes on wait times, car still has damages, owner is refusing to pay previously promised rental fees, poor communication. If you work at Hailwise, I have blocked all numbers and will only accept emails if you wish to contact me."

"Eddie came by our place and offered their services to fix my hailed car and some dents. We drafted a contract that would also help with potential extra costs for a rental car that were not already covered by my insurance. Eddie asked me to take the car to Hailwise the day after and they would take care of all repairs in 10 days. I decided to trust them and moved forward. 35 days and many unanswered calls later, the work was completed. I sent a receipt with the uncovered rental costs to Cody and never got any money back, despite sending several kind reminders. Last but not least, the new paint seems to be chipping away for no apparent reason. I cannot recommend this place and wanted to make sure you are all aware before you decide to trust them."

"I took my car in to Hailwise to fix damage on the rear bumper, and to repair a significant amount of Dents/Scratches and Rust! I was welcomed by Cody and his team My experience was amazing! Impressive customer care! Apart from that, it seemed that the team was professionally trained and skilled in what they do… I was very satisfied with the results, and i will have to say, they are definitely the best in town!!"
