"I purchased a pre-owned Audi A4 from First Texas Honda this week and I wish I could give them an extra star on top of the five. My car had broken down and was at a mechanic. It was an older vehicle and was going to cost more to repair than it was worth. I am a social worker on a tight budget. Buying a new car was not on my list of things to do this week. My salesman Julian went way out of his way to help me with the trade-in. He actually drove me to pick up my car in Leander and follow me back to the dealership. They gave me a fair trade-in value despite the condition. The finance guy was also just super cool. I got a very low mileage, top-of-the-line car in nearly perfect condition at a fair price. What more could I ask for? Great overall experience."

"I drive out of my way to visit this location because of its efficiency and great service. Howdy Honda is much closer to me, but they take way longer to perform an oil change. My service advisor, TY, was great. I have no issues with him and is not the reason I write my review. I am upset with how my car was treated in service. Before bringing it in, I washed, dried, and waxed my car, the rims, and windows, all taking a lot of time. Seeing that I probably should have told them not to wash my car, I did not. Upon receiving my car back from a short 1.5 hour service, my car was covered in water spots, due to not being dried after the wash. Seeing that my car was very clean prior to service, I don't know why they still ran my car through a dirty car wash, and didn't even bother to dry it. I told my service advisor and he offered a free wax and wash next service and know that's probably all he could do to remedy my problem, it is still very upsetting having lost all the time I put into cleaning my car. The amount of water spots left on my car was inappropriate and made my car look like it was splashed with a dirty bucket of water. This is not the level of service I was expecting."
