"So fortunate to run into the two employees I encountered today. They were so knowledgeable and discussed every part of my brakes that were an issue and even shared with me what parts needed immediate attention; and told me things that could potentially wait. That instantly builds trust and I appreciate that a lot, as I’m sure many others do as well. They were able to answer any question I had and I even learned some things as we went over each part. I commend them for being able to service me today because I did come in at the last hour of their day, but they managed to work me in and get my vehicle taken care of within 30 minutes. I honestly was surprised at the speed of service. They also test drove my vehicle before handing me back my keys, and I’m sure that’s standard but also it was good to see these guys weren’t trying to cut their job short and actually follow through with every step even if it was at the very end of their day. I unfortunately only recall Avery’s name, but whoever the other person was equally so great! Shoutout to you guys and thank you for everything! Keep it up!"

"Came in for a simple look at my emergency brake wire. My brakes were completely fine and not squeaking I was just concerned about a visible wire. They told me it was policy to do a full break check and upon that check quoted me for multiple things they “found” wrong with my brakes. Upon leaving my brakes have been squeaking nonstop all of a sudden for the last 2 weeks. Seems like they create problems during their “free but policy” inspection to then quote you on and get you to have to fix."

"I came in for simple brake pads. When they ran the inspection, my brakes situation was a bit more dire than I'd thought. Go figure on an 18 year old car, haha. They could have tried to push services on me, but he was professional, and understanding about my financial situation. He made it very clear that I needed more work, but respected my needs. When I called back later (after being given more funds) he agreed to add on a little more work, even at that late date. Suffice it to say, I will be going back there to get the rest done. They have a customer for life."
