"Seems like Elon’s rockets aren’t the only things at Tesla prone to malfunction. I strongly advise AGAINST buying a Tesla, as my experience with the subpar service and faulty software has been a nightmare. At the Saint Elmo service center, the so-called ‘leaders’ Jordan and Bryan have been spectacularly incompetent, compromising not just customer satisfaction but also safety. It’s more than just poor service; it’s turning my car into a veritable ‘death machine’."

"Have brought my vehicle in 3 times for service (dashboard rattle). 1st time made the problem worse, rattle immediately began again on both sides of dashboard 2nd time they fixed right side, but returned the vehicle with a remaining dashboard rattle 3rd time they fixed it, but returned the car with a massive 1+ foot crack across the windshield. They were very rude about it, and said "that can happen" when repairing vehicles. It's also "not Tesla policy" to replace windshields that the service center cracks. They said it was just chance that it happened and they can't pay for something that happened by chance. What's worse, they didn't even tell me what happened, they just handed me my keys and hoped I wouldn't notice. The service center employee confirmed that the car intake photo did not have this big windshield crack across it."

"The gallery is really awesome however the service could definitely improve a bit. I took my Tesla in 2 weeks after deliver to get the AC worked on and they did give me a loaner but unfortunately they drove my Tesla around without wearing the seat belt which docked my Tesla insurance score. They also tried charging me more for service items than was quoted and we finally got it handled. Make sure to talk to them thoughtfully before leaving your Tesla here for service"
