"Looks like my honest review was removed. Here it is again. Purchased a 2020 Range Rover from Sewell for $121,000 2yrs ago. After lots of hype of superb vehicle service and thorough vehicle inspections, I discovered after driving my car off the lot that their thorough inspection missed a broken driver's seat, bent wheels, and screwed rotars. This vehicle has turned into a money pit! Because they refuse to take any responsibility for this POS transaction, It's been a fight to get them to cover anything. HORRIBLE customer service and shady business practices. Had they cared about their customers or earning repeat customers, I would have purchased a new car from them this week instead of my new Mercedes. Sewell NEVER AGAIN. Also, my husband, Josh, had a Gwagon delivered with a crack in the windshield. They complained about repairing it. After they replaced the windshield, we had a new problem. It leaked! We ended up bringing the vehicle to mercedes for repair for 2k. No help from Sewell. Their service department is subpar, not superb."

"The service department is amazing! I call and schedule an appt and a loaner car is always ready when I arrive. My car is cleaned inside and out upon completion of any service needed. I had a stain in my leather seat that I was unable to remove. Matt called in their leather specialist and was able to get the stain out. I just had a software update with a tire balance and rotation today. They discovered an issue with one of my tires and immediately ordered and informed it was covered under my insurance. I have been to other Jaguar dealerships in other parts of Texas and no comparison to Sewell! I will always buy my cars from Sewell based on their outstanding service departments. Thanks to entire team!"
