"This review is only for Ed’s response He was quick to answer the phone call And was polite. The only downside is that he said he was in the process of retiring. So just know if you call he may say he can’t help you and he will wish you luck."

"These guys are truly awesome they are very accommodating. Moving is stressful enough. But in this case I was helping someone else. Which made it even more stressful. They made the transportation issue stress-free. I left my car, which is a convertible, they're at their lot while I drove out of town to complete the move. They took good care of my vehicle and made sure that it was safe. That way I didn't have to worry about rides and all those things when I was finished. I could just jump in my car and go home. All the paperwork and everything was handled right there on the cell phone while I loaded up to leave for the trip. I've never had a rental go so smoothly. Thank you guys very much for the hard work that you do I would definitely recommend you to everyone."

"I was in a jam towing a trailer thru Austin with a broken shock mount. Showed up unannounced with parts and Ed was out sick. After speaking with Dave (great guy), Ed came down to the shop, gave me a VERY low price and Dave had me back on the road in a couple hours with new shocks, mounts and a huge smile. Best experience. Thanks guys!"
