"From day one when we turned in our truck to the team at the collision center, we were treated like royalty. We received updates every week to let us know how the progress was going. They were very quick to respond to any phone messages or emails. This project only took quite a while because of the UAW strike last fall. Parts were slow to come in. But, that's no fault of the staff members. The additional supplements that had to be submitted to State Farm, we were also made aware of.
