"I had an issue at another location, so I reached out to customer service. The district manager quickly responded, and gave me a free oil change. I came to this location to redeem, and they treated me nicely, and took care of me. I'm never that guy to complain, so I was very nervous, but was treated respectfully, and provided a good service. I will be returning to this location again."

"Customer service is great, in and out in less than 1 hour, the one recommendation I’d say is stop announcing services for a specific price if you’re gonna add a bunch of things afterwards (labor, waste disposal, etc)! If it’s announced for a cost it should be that cost, period!!! Also, they don’t put plastic above your seat or a steering wheel cover, when I got back into my car it was all greasy on the inside"

"They were very quick, had the oil I needed, and didn’t try to give me a bunch of crazy upsales, I was in and out in about 20 mins. I’ll be returning because it’s close to my house and good price. Doesn’t look the prettiest but they get the job done."

"Yes I never got my receipt by email like I was told. They can still send it . Outside of that awesome. I have my Mazda under warranty with them . My family has bought 6 vehicles from Mazda since 2010. That morning I went to Mazda. I was told by a service representative I’m scheduling for the 27th. Really. I have an only 50,000 miles on my car. Yes I didn’t have an appointment, but being a loyal customer I was willing to wait. See you on my next oil change."
