"I came here to get some minor work done. They did a good job on restoring the body, but they damaged an interior light on my door and put the trim back on the door incorrectly as well. I scheduled to have someone look at it before Christmas, and the employee said they probably caused the damage when they took the door apart; he said they’d reach out after the holidays about scheduling me. Come January, I don’t hear back, so I call them. I’m told I will need to reschedule so they can take a look at the issues… I already took off work to show them the first time, now I will need to take off again for something that should’ve already been done? The lady on the phone had nothing to say when I explained this. On top of that, they never sent me an invoice, yet told me I had an overdue balance. But when I picked up the car, I was told that everything was covered by insurance. I have receipts showing a $ 0 balance. Very frustrating."
