"The service team here absolutely offers 5-star service! We had a safety issue come up while on a trip, so we stopped by here to see if they could help us out. They took care of our transportation - a family of 6 - and even provided Tesla coloring books for our children :D Thank you so much Jorge and Tony!!"
"We started the purchase process a week ago and it has been a disaster. They said their goal was to have us in the new car in 72 hours, that is a joke. First we completed the online forms to purchase a vehicle that was supposed to be in stock. Two days after we thought we were done, they contacted us about filling out another set of documents. Then we pay the second fee to be told it’s not actually there. The next day we get a pickup date of Monday. Oh but wait, we need you to complete the temporary tag form in the app, but guess what, you can’t save it. Now they suddenly remembered Monday is a holiday and they can’t get a temporary tag. Our new pickup date is Wednesday, we’ll see what the next delay is. It’s a nice car but the purchasing process is a complete joke."
"Poor experience - and I didn't even go there. I booked a demo drive online. Got my confirmation. Received two separate calls in the prior week. Both of them went into some detail around what I would like in my next car, when I am in the market etc. So I invested some time with them. Also received a text confirming the time three days prior. Day of - I get a call from Tesla asking me if we can move it up since they would be 'closed' at this time. Was the decision to close early made the day of? If not - how was I able to schedule (and get confirmation multiple times) of this time only to be told the day of that it is closed? This is a clear lack of internal communication. And of course something that was apparently not caught earlier. But fine - I can live with that. What got me quite mad was this: While talking about rescheduling with the agent he asks me if I was 'serious'. When I told him that I am not yet in the market - he asked me to reschedule for when I am serious. Wow. So Tesla is not confident that I will like the car so much that I will want to switch right after the drive? I am currently driving a 4 year old German car - and so can be in the market if the buying process and the vehicle is worth it. And that has been my usual car buying experience. But I guess this is not how things operate at Tesla. Normally - car salespeople are at their best behavior pre-sale. If this is the attitude now, I shudder to think of the post sales experience. Staying far away from this company for good - and now there are multiple electric vehicle options anyway."
"I bought a car in this scam company more than 1 month ago. In buying day I get a temporary drive permit for 30 days. Permit has expired 4 days ago - Tesla no sent me any documents, no any extended temporary permits, nothing. Right now I paying insurance and loan for Tesla, but should buy another car to go to work and pay bills."
"Got my 3 Teslas from this site. Great service, great staff! Just got our second Y"
