"Uptown Valet & Transportation is top notch! We rented a Bentley and Limobus for our wedding. Our trip took us back and forth from the church in South Austin to the Hyatt Regency. The bus with the wedding party made it to the church with perfect timing. When it was time to come back, the bus had a belt break, so some of the wedding party had to catch rides back to the Hyatt as Uptown sent a sprinter. The sprinter was not large enough to transport all of the wedding party, and it took time to get there. Luckily, we were able to get everyone back to the wedding reception on time. When the owner of the company heard what happened, he reached out to make everything right. They did a partial refund and also offered a night out in one of their black cars. Things happen and they did everything they could to make it right. Thank you for your excellent service Uptown! Their limousine service in Austin, Tx is definitely the one to go with. They will go above and beyond to take care of you! Two thumbs up!"
