"Set up an account to give my Uber-less parents in Austin a "taken care of" ride to the spa as part of a Christmas gift. Just got word from my mother there in Austin that the Austin Town Car people are "total flakes." "I had to call back 3 times to talk to Bob who was the only person who knew how to find your account. The third time the phone rang a long time before it was answered and then with a different company name. Then he said the account was not completed, there was no credit card on file and he couldn't explain what happened. He had one of those cigarette laughs that gave me the creeps. They seemed incompetent." She said. I had spent a long time setting up my account online complete with billing information so to hear that they don't even know what they're doing with it was a huge disappointment."
