"Wow! I am so shocked at the price for an oil change at Raul’s. I normally drop off my vehicle and walk to work for oil changes and inspections and have always had a pleasant experience with customer service and pricing. However, this time I was charged an extra $50 to simply put the oil into the vehicle. When asked about the additional charge the “gentleman” stated that “it his business and he can charge whatever he wants for services”. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you are willing to pay $150 for an oil change… or some random fee for services for the day."

"This shop is great, super attentive to customers. Took my truck there for a brake over haul and they had me in and out in a timely fashion. When I drove around I noticed the brakes still felt a bit soft to my liking so, i called and they allowed me to bring my truck back in free of charge so they could double check all the new parts and re do the brake bleed. I got picture and video updates from John. Definitely using them again. Truck runs great now."
