"My car had a deep sharp dent on the door frame (where it meets the windshield) of my 2012 Juke. It was so bad it buckled the hood, so the seams didn't line up. I took it to Dustin who noted that it was a significant dent, and quoted me a surprisingly low price. Then he said that if he begins to fix it and it starts to look like it isn't going to be fixable, he won't charge me anything (how's that for customer service?!).
