"We were stuck in 100+ degree heat. Called and they said they could be there in 45-60 minutes. After waiting an hour and half, they called and said it would be another two hours. I didn’t bother with them at that point. So much wasted time. Save yourself and look elsewhere."

"This company is HORRIBLE. They left me stranded for 6 hours in the hot Texas sun. They kept giving AAA and/or my insurance company the runaround. They had to get new contracts 5 times, but kept dropping me for quicker / shorter locations. In other words, "cherry picked" their jobs for easy money. Each time we'd call they would say 30-45 minutes, then after an hour, NOTHING."
