"This place has earned my respect and loyalty. Where do I start? Since about the beginning of Q2 in 2022, I’ve been taking my Mercedes-Benz here. When I originally got my car, it came with a decent 3rd party warranty. The first major repair they performed on my car was through that warranty. They took over the responsibility of dealing with the Adjuster’s that “examine” your car to determine if what’s covered under their warranty is bad enough to approve the claim. Mine, fortunately was, not all of the problems, but the major issues were. Fast forward to the situation that has inspired me to write this review and that crippled me for about 9 weeks. I was without my Mercedes for (9 whole weeks) due to my transmission blowing out. Don’t pay to much attention to the time it was in the shop — I’ll add more context. Keep reading. The Most High really tested my faith with this one, but I’m glad He did, because Legacy MotorWorks was the gift He sent to help me out. Albeit my car was in pretty much some sort of an escrow period if you will — for what seemed like I might as well give up hope on getting it back. However, with all the adversities Legacy had to deal with while still going to work every day — they never complained one bit about it. The team kept figuring out how to find a solution. They found me another transmission that was compatible with my model car, completed the install in one day, completed all of the coding correctly, and then through in a few other complimentary repairs as well, to ensure the longevity of my ride. This was all done during a time I was going through a rough patch financially. No other shop — that I’ve been around town to, and I’ve been to a lot of shops, would have worked with me the way they did and exceed my expectations. I recommend all combustion engine car and truck owners to take your ride here for maintenance and repairs. I don’t know about EV drivers, maybe we leave that problem to Elon. Anyway, great place, great staff, choose Legacy! And no, I don’t get anything for promoting them, I’m just doing what’s right."

"I have known the business owner for quite awhile when he was just a mechanic in Humble, TX. Now he’s running his own shop and provides the best services at the best prices. From exotic cars to the basics, the whole shop knows what they’re doing. The staff members are polite and accommodating. "I really like this place. They have always done a great job with fixing my Range Rover and the many issues that it has had. They do seem to care about your business and Mike and Matt has been my go to guy a lot. Matt is more quiet but definitely seems fair as well. They work with you and built relationship. They have helped me out when I needed them the most. I really appreciate these kind of mechanics that don't seem to try and take advantage of you, especially me being a woman. They seemed to have some integrity. Oh and I can forget to mention Christian and Tom. Knowledge goes a long way and can save you money in the long run. They are good at pin pointing problems. I just hope that what I don't know hasn't costed me more and that they will always remain honest. I recommend this place to anyone, especially, with a foreign car. You will save so much money than at the dealership. I would have been broke or car still broken down by now had I had to pay dealership prices."
