"Outstanding. Appointment at 8:15, arrived at 8:10, car was completely done and I was driving away at 8:37. I was greeted at the door upon arrival and received immediate attention. Employees walked me.to the car on the way out to make sure no final issues. I received consistent emails, phone calls, and text messages about the status and any changes to my installation and tires. After having the most awful experience of my life with tires at the Costco Tire Center in Cypress TX last week, including failure to honor their warranty and a litany of ridiculous made up hurdles to getting it replaced, I will never again use anyone but this discount tire location. Above and beyond. Great work!"

I get 5000 mile rotation and balancing done with an appointment which is easily done on their website. I'm always done within 30-45 minutes. There is always someone to greet you, you seldom ever have to wait very long even in the busiest time of day."
