"This AutoZone was short-staffed when I frantically ran in having my power steering issue 'locking up' (found out later it was my PS pressure hose dry-rotted)... ANYHOW, the store gal is putting it in as I'm too short and I go to start my car and my Chow-Chow jumps out of the driver's sat door-leash and all!! I was late getting to my grandsons school up the road as it was, feeling like my power-steering was going out (I ended up calling my daughter to come get me, the grandsons & the dog and leaving my Yukon overnight at the school and having it towed to a shop at West Little York and Windfern!) and my dog was trecking up Kuykendall Rd in The Woodlands- I mean, this is what causes people to SNAP! LoL The customers at Auto Zone were buying SlimJims to entice the dog, mechanics next door were sweet talking her... finally she went to someone and then came straight to me and jumped in the truck, no problem! That gal clerk deserves a raise for doing above and, beyond- what a true meltdown I was having!"

"I walk in expecting to get greeted or asked if I need any help but instead I heard nothing but a girl and a guy laughing so hard to each other. When I was finally ready to check out the girl didn’t even seem like she wanted to help me. Then another girl came in and they greeted her like she was a customer when really she was dropping off food they ordered. Just horrible customer service won’t be back and i’ll make sure everyone knows"

"I visited this location twice in a day and I just had to give a shout-out to both Ernesto and Austin. They provided me with superb customer service. They were helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They did not have the part I needed on my first visit and Ernesto ensured to call the nearest location and make sure they had what I was looking for. On my next trip, Austin helped me and I am pleased with the service they both provided me. I told the manager about their great customer service and she even made sure I was able to find the first part at the other location. Highly recommend this Auto Zone location."
