"Took the car in to have the oil changed and front alignment and a stud replacement that discount Tire broke after the job was completed my son made it about 10 miles down the road when they changed the stud they for got to to tighten the brake caliber back on called Troy, the manager, and he had a wrecker come pick the car up. The brakes fell off crack the rim. cracked the brake caliber he told me the car would be ready Monday because they don’t work on Sunday Monday after noon called them back and Sade the car won’t be ready till Tuesday note I had to call them they didn’t call me Tuesday call them car will be ready that afternoon ones we pick up the car he side everything was fixed I told him I would take the car back to discount to make sure that the rim will balance out he told me if any issues with the rim he would take care of it so note this my car was down from Saturday till Tuesday night took car back to discount. They told me that the rim with the crack and chipping it would not be able to be balanced.called Troy about issue he told to buy the rim and he would reimburse me Two thing about this shop to know they took my rim and sanded it out and also repainted it so that the crake and the chip wasn’t so noticeable didn’t ask for a renter car didn’t ask to have to pay for another rim took it back to discount to have them balance, the rim, and they told me that the rim was in bad shape Troy side he would pay for the rim so I bought and new one this is on my son car and don’t need any issues took the rim back to Midas Troy sent rim to there tire shop to get it fixed I can be down all this time with out a car and shouldn’t have told me he would take care of this they guys at Discount talk to him on the phone and said that he would take care of it, and in the end they did nothing grate customer Service here. Look rim broke look brake caliber broken wouldn’t stand to get rim replace discount will not do any more work with them agin either will i even called their corporate office didn’t even get a call back Know reply back on the reviews to email them back when I have contacted the corporate office and gave them all my information and all the stores information, and they even gave me the account number so why would you need to do this twice this called screw the customer and not stand bye your company bad Buss"
