"Ladies and Gentlemen... if you have landed on this page to get an idea if you should take your vehicle here you made a good decision. The second good decision you can make is booking time with Dewayne to get your car needs met. He took the time to assess my needs and go over my car per his inspection. This inspection costed 100 dollars and it was comprehensive. He caught a lot more items than a previous inspection from another shop had done (that shops inspection costed more.) He also showed me unnecessary items they had wanted to do such as brakes as the ones in my Toyota were perfectly fine. I was happy with this experience because it gave me clarity that Dewayne was not out to grab every single dollar in my wallet. He did timing belt and some seals for me and cleared some check engine lights (faulty parts.) I an pleased after having the car back and 50+ miles later there aren’t any hiccups. Communication was great and transparent. He didn’t proceed without any approvals given and was thorough with the post repair summary when I came to scoop it up.
