"Took my car here for an inspection, passed inspection, and as soon as I began driving off the lot, my check engine light came on. My car hasn't been running right ever since I brought my car here to be inspected last week. The owner insisted on arguing with me rather than offering to check on the issue. I have driven my car for 7 years, kept everything maintained and have never had even a light come on my dashboard, and now suddenly my ECM is damaged and another mechanic has quoted me $1,270 for repair. Every mechanic shop I have contacted gives a similar quote and recommends me to bring the car back to the shop that messed it up. Owner insisted my car must have had problems before the inspection, then how would it have passed inspection?? Do not bring your car here for inspection. $25 service is now costing me $1,270 because this shop does not want to fix their mistakes!"
