"I wish I could give this shop 0 star if I could. My husband went to this shop to buy parts, the guy named Michael Reeves didn’t support to take parts to explain customer, he just lazy to answer “go get it”. When my husband mentioned “please help me, I am your customer”, he stood up and pushed hands to my husband’s chest “get outta here”. He also told my husband “look at my name patch, I am Michael Reeves”! Michael, I let you know that my husband just had heart surgery 3 days before the day he came to this Autozone and you were very lucky that nothing happened, he went back home with the long face and didn’t let me know the story until today. Please don’t treat your customers like we begging your service, we should get what we pay for, please respect customers."

"Best AutoZone I’ve been to.. and I’ve been to almost every single one in the Houston/Montgomery area. I had no idea what I was doing and the GM, Michael was awesome and offered to change my headlight- IN THE RAIN.. never have even had anyone offer information, or to help do a quick fix either.. but he was very knowledgeable and fixed my car super quick! Thanks guys. I will only be sending people/coming to this location in the future."

"I needed chain lube for my motorcycle. I look online, see they have it, go to this store. Employee is there doing something with his phone, not looking at or seeing me. I get his attention, ask him where is the motorcycle chain lube? Employee looks me in the eye, says we don't have that. I tell him I looked online, and that they do have it. Employee then tells me "I have no idea where it is" and goes back to his phone. No interest in helping me whatsoever. I look til I find it, buy it, and exit this store for the last time ever. This is the second time I have had an experience like this there. If they don't want my money, there are other places I can spend it."
