"BEWARE - Had my AC Compressor replaced and a new battery installed 7/2023. Imagine my surprise when the battery goes bad in Feb, 2024. I contact the shop to find out about the battery warranty and they say sure bring it in. I take the battery out and bring to the shop only to find that is a 2008 Duralast battery. "We dont use or sell those" is what the shop told me. They either didn't replace the battery and charged the old one, or they did put an old battery in my jeep....I am out $198.58 battery + 40.81 labor."

"Called to check price for an oil change and I gave my specific year, make and model. They told me around $100. I brought my vehicle in and after they finish they say it's now $275! Even after they admitted the guy doing the oil change knows nothing about pricing and shouldn't have been answering calls, they only agreed to drop the price to $217 originally so that they wouldn't lose money he said. Previous places I did my oil changes were less than $150 and I had contacted places farther away that were at that price."
