"This is our first time using Ken based on neighbor recommendations. Our daughter's car heater on her 2005 toyota highlander was not working. They were very responsive with diagnosing the issues. The pricing was very fair. Along the way, they were very responsive, keeping us updated. One of the parts was no longer available from toyota. They searched salvage places with success. They took the extra step to locate a local place that could rebuild the ac controller board. Even provided a 1 year warranty on that part. Job well done.
