"I’ve been to many stores in outlets and malls, but there has never been a gem of an employee like Mathew. Goodness me, even when I write this, it’s breathtaking by the customer service he provided me on this trip around the Adidas store. I was having trouble knowing what to find, not knowing what to pick, and simply having issues with multiple things due to the fact that Adidas just has so much stuff to pick from! Then, Mathew decided to show up, and my goodness, what a hell of a man he is! I’m not fruity or anything, but gosh, he understood me so quick. I asked for a shoe, and he instantly knew my shoe size. What a god of an employee to have around! Overall, I think the experience was well worth it. Not the shop itself, but by how well Mathew portrayed the customer service. If this is the customer service provided by all stores, I think I would go to sleep knowing I got treated right!"
