"Worst customer service. We were looking for t-shirts for men and I took two instead of one from the top shelf so I put another one back (as it was, folded) on the stack and girl in red top working on 10/15/22 walked up to me saying “if you need something, ask for assistance so I don’t have to keep folding it every time”. I am considerate enough to not let people work extra which is why I placed the t-shirt on the same spot, I did have a choice to put it on a lower shelf but I didn’t. Also, this same girl didn’t want to help me 5 minutes ago when I asked her for a pricing. I don’t know if she was frustrated with her job or just discriminating but she did ruin my day."

"Walked in looking for bottoms. Decent selection in jeans but not a super wide variety. I get all my jeans from Express but I usually shop their website. Its been a few years since I've come to this outlet location. Zero customer service and I was one of two customers in the store. One of the associates passed me several times without a word. Never greeted and never offered help. Went elsewhere."
