"I've visited this store a few times and I always end up shopping here, even if I just browse. Kohl's usually has discounts almost everyday on clothes, cosmetics and other items. In order to keep you coming back to shop more they give you store credits too! I've liked the jeans and the gym collection here, and my parents usually pick up jackets or any winter wear from here. The quality of the clothes is good."

"I'm always in Kohl's for a while because they have so many great items to look at. I shopped today, Monday, Nov 27th, around lunchtime. It wasn't busy at all. No long lines for checkout. Customer service was helpful & nice. My only complaint was that the price check scanners I tried to use didn't seem to be working."

Firstly, the return counter was placed at the end, which made it seem like they wanted customers to go through some inconvenience. It would be better if it were more conveniently located within the store. On the positive side, Kohl's provided a token for 15% off on any purchase. While this can be seen as a good market strategy, I was disappointed to learn that the discount would only be valid starting from the next day. It felt like they were pushing customers to come back and make additional purchases. Some might appreciate the discount, especially if they have more items to buy, but for me, it felt a bit manipulative. Kohl's offers a good collection of items overall, but I was particularly disheartened by the toy section. They did not have the toy model cars that are popular and loved by many. It would be great if they could improve their toy selection to cater to a wider range of customer preferences. In summary, my experience at Kohl's was a mixed one. While they have a decent collection of items, the placement of the return counter and the limited toy selection left me disappointed. The token for 15% off might be appealing to some, but it felt like a ploy to bring customers back for more purchases."

"I normally spend hundreds of dollars here. Not after today. The overpriced clothing and rude cashier named VERONICA was enough for me to shop elsewhere. Apparently getting the last word was necessary. Overall embarrassing experience. Kohl’s needs to invest all that overpriced clothing money into a customer service course. Maybe being black while returning shoes is a crime ( shoes that I PAID FOR). After returning boots that were NOT worn simply too small. I was given the 3rd degree if I had stole them. I was so upset donated much $34.00 gift card to someone else. So sad the location on I-35 is closed. I will not be spending a penny in Kohl’s again to be embarrassed."
