"This location was not what I am used to when going into a Target. It is disorganized and a bit messy in certain areas. I came to this location hoping to find something that's out of stock at my usual Target stores. I probably won't bother coming to this location again."
"I love Target, but I am a big proponent of being customer-centric. I and the other ten people in line to return an item did not experience good customer service today. The person at customer service made everyone wait in line while they called for help from a manager to help a customer. I was behind five other people when I got there at 12:45 pm and waited 10 minutes for the manager to get there to help that one customer. At 12:50 pm, while waiting for the manager, I asked whether there was a way they could keep helping other customers in the interim, and the customer service person said they didn’t want to make the customer feel like she was being skipped. I assured them she would not be overlooked since she had to wait for management to resolve their issue anyway. I stated that making everyone remain to wait in line only made the line longer and was not a very efficient use of time. They continued to wait until the manager arrived at 12:55 pm and then went to another register to help others. They would say “I’m sorry” every time they would help someone, including me, when it was my turn. I told them that it was okay and that in those cases, it’s best to keep the line moving by politely confirming with the customer in front of them, ensuring it’s okay to do so. Nobody will say, “No, I want you to stand in front of me for as long as it takes until your manager gets here to help me, and I don’t care that the line is getting longer and people are having to wait.” My return receipt reads 1:15 pm. Something that should have taken me 5-7 minutes to compete took a half hour of my time. The lady before me gave up and left the line thanking me for speaking up as she walked away. To the customer service agent—don’t be sorry, do better, be better! A simple “Would you mind if I help other customers while we wait for my manager to assist you?” would have sufficed. Not being from that department is not an excuse. To management—please provide additional training and cross training to your staff, helping them have some common sense and be assertive with their decisions and efficient use of time to provide everyone with exceptional customer service to all and not just the person in front of them. "My daughter and I just left the store and we had the what we call the best experience we have ever encountered. Diana, our cashier, was the absolute best human ever. She took the time to inform us about the Target app and how it works. She is amazing and her customer service skills are on par. Thank you so much for making our day."
"The store is really clean and well organized! I will come here over Walmart"
"I like shopping here. The "ever spring" is wonderful for my hands and dishes. I actually use less. But ladies, you already knew this, correct? I've been using it for approximately three years, and it too smells good, and soothes my dry hands. A neW discovery, is the storage bins I just purchased for $5, then $2.50. They have sold out at this location, but check around. They're great for under sink cabinets. Plus, I found these two lovely baskets, (Project 62) for miscellaneous items that often hang around in odd places. Now they have a home. Thank you, Target. (Tar-jay) my brother says. And, the managers and staff are very helpful, inviting, and patient."
