"No deals here. Seconds used to be marked down significantly. Not at any of the stores here at the outlets. Great staff. Come early or you'll be waiting in line to get in and then in a line to pay."
"Had a wonderful experience. I was helped immediatley and the store had everything I asked for within minutes. I was able to purchase the new wardrobe I was hoping for. After reading the other reviews, I am not sure why anyone would review negatively for service, or "plus size" availability. This is a Lucky Brand Outlet store and serves the customer base as intended with exceptional service. It is unfortunate when people who should be shopping at a specialty store, review a place like this negatively. To each there own though!"
"So I guess all outlets are not equal. I've never been to an "outlet" that didnt have plus sizes. So far, Lucky Brand stores in Texas don't or barely carry them. However, plus sizes can be found in some Macy's stores. I went to an outlet in Oklahoma last year and it was great, I came out with 4 pairs of great jeans. Not so much in Texas."
"Forrest and Jessica are absolutely amazing! I walked in and was greeted right away by Forrest and he struck up a conversation which made me feel instantly comfortable. He then asked what I was shopping for and was more than helpful when I told him I was looking for jeans. He knew each product and walked me around to show me each while he explained them. He then set me up in a dressing room and listened to what I did and did not like about each pair. I found my favorites and then decided to look around a bit more. Jessica was wonderful as well in showing me a few different options of the shirts I was looking at. I can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant shopping experience in my life. Thank you both!"
