"All Ross stores seem to have a problem with staying tidy. Merchandise is often on the floor or scattered about. Unopened boxes of merchandiseoften are in the middle of aisles. Rarely anyone available on floor to help. Usually long lines to check out and few cashiers. Is it the customers or does the store not have enough employees to keep it organized and looking nicely? TJMaxx and Marshalls don't seem to have the same problems"
"Location usually understaffed. Long lines (at 2pm on a weekday). Shelves/racks not organized. Nice staff, just too few. Other Ross locations much better managed."
"Extremely long line and wait, only two cashiers working and doing the best they could. But, good selection."
"Rude cashiers, manager Megan who obviously doesn't care about her store or customers, and one of the messiest disorganized stores that I have ever seen. A child in front of me in line had his cart tip over and get hurt. And not a single employee came to check or help even though they saw it happen and were nearb;, left it to me to help right the cart and help the mother. Counter was so messy by the time I got to the front that there was nowhere to put my items. Cashier obviously loathed working there, can't blame him for that to be honest. I felt bad for him so I helped him get the counter cleared and stacked about 40 hangers for easy cleanup in order to help out while he was moving a few things around to make space. In return he barked at me after we had cleaned up "come on, let's go" in a huff while giving me a dirty look. When I called him out on it he said that he" didn't have to thank you for anything". Granted, but that makes you insanely rude towards someone who had empathy for you. Cursed at me under his breath for the rest of the session. Manager obviously didn't care and is probably just glad to have anybody willing to put up with this place and come in to work."
"This store was very dirty and messy everywhere and hard to find things. There were almost no employees around either and the few employees that were there were extremely rude. On top of everything they charged me twice because the cashier was inpatient and didn’t wait for the transaction finish his end but the money had already been withdrawn form my account. And then proceeded to argue with me saying that the amount had not been withdrawn yet even tho I was showing him my bank statement that showed it had charged my account. The manager eventually came over and was extremely rude and eventually just ignored us and referred us to the number in the receipt."
