"Went there looking for some barbie stuff to buy we found a couple of cute options + they have a promotion going on when you buy one you get the other 10 dollars off …. Fast forward when at the check out there was one item tagged for $5 it seemed off so we asked the cashier to double check it he went to ask his manager or supervisor she threw it on the table and said if they don’t want it they should leave it… we stayed silent and continued to pay we asked for her name and that’s what exactly came out of her mouth *you placed a clearance tag to get it for that price* i told her to go ahead and check the cameras because she said thats what she’s going to find when she does so…. horrible experience she should not be in a place to handle customer service"

"This store is in the Round Rock Premium Outlets. Two of the sales team were having a private conversation, I asked them if they had a particular item in a smaller size and they both looked at me like a deer in headlights. I guess it took them a minute to realize and register that I needed assistance. Once their shock wore off the one young lady who tried to assist me was very nice. Not really my kind of store, but, my niece likes rue21 and wanted to go check it out. It's supposed to be an "outlet" store. Needless to say, she was not impressed. She said "Old merchandise at regular prices." There you have it. Enough said."
