H-E-B plus!

"We specifically talked about the colors when ordered we did not want this white frosting and blue or green border whatever is available I have a dad that does not pay attention and he shows up to the party with this ugly cake my kid felt like he got a knock off i ordered so I woudnt stress thanks Heb once again you manage to ruin a kids bday get it together you are paid a service how can you consciously think this was acceptable for a party"

"As far as items and availability I give this store five stars! But today I just went in for one item and did self checkout. The register kept giving me problems for some reason so the H‑E‑B worker female in her thirties that had false lashes came and said in a rude tone, “could you stop leaning on the counter that’s why” (I wasn’t leaning at all) so I said that. And I also said that you don’t have to be rude about it (seems like she was having a bad day) and she continued saying “I wasn’t being rude and blah blah blah”. So I stayed quiet at that point and just wanted to get out because clearly she was having bad day. It was absolutely unnecessary for her to speak to a customer like she did. I hope someone speaks with her and trains her on how to speak to customers. Will be visiting again but hoping not to run into her again."

"I’ve been a curbside customer since 2020 and obviously an HEB customer a lot longer. Never have I received anything like this in store or curbside. I’ve been to plenty HEBs in San Antonio, even this location maybe once. But never curbside at this location. I just happened to do curbside today at this location, because I was in the area. I got home unloaded groceries and started putting stuff away, when my husband noticed the beef jerky looking very off. On further inspection we were horrified to see the jerky covered in mold. Even on the back of the package it was worse and you could clearly see a slit (opening) that probably caused the mold. Of course, I called curbside to tell them of my findings and Mr. Michael was very apologetic and very kind to do a refund and ensured me things would be handled accordingly due to the extent of my findings. This truly made me sick to my stomach. I know mistakes happen, but this is beyond unhealthy and unsafe. I think I’ll just stick to my regular HEB."

"I had never been to this HEB before because I always visit the one near my home but today we were nearby and went here. And I just left this HEB 30 mins ago and had a horrible experience. Before we started our grocery shopping we were going to the restroom because I have an infant. The one family restroom was closed and the other restrooms were also closed. So we followed everyone that was in front of us and they were going upstairs. So we also went. We were taking care of our needs and some lady, now I know a supervisor or manager went in there screaming " y'all better hurry up because y'all are not supposed to be here" and I was literally shocked because she screamed that loudly and mean. My baby was scared and surprised as well and was not liking that lady. We finished and washed our hands and before we went out the door she was unpleasant and was asking who told me to come up here. And well I told her that the other 2 restrooms were closed and others were also coming up here so I followed. And then she told us that there was another restroom somewhere else. And that for their safety they don't allow customers up there. And honestly it was a very unpleasant experience. I do not know why they have such poor management. That lady made my baby and me feel horrible and all for nothing. They should focus more on being helpful, attentive and respectful to customers instead of harassing my baby and I."

"Very good, i found what i was looking for although they didn't want to sell me cigarettes since i forgot my id at home and even though i had my driver's license they didn't want to sell me because i looked very young jejeje anyway and i was able to buy 3 packs of marlboro, leaving the parking lot i got into my truck and went to the gas station right away and well i got what i wanted jajajaa greetings"
